In 1983, Kevin helped launch WISCO, an industrial instrumentation service company formed by Westinghouse. By 1989, WISCO had grown to more than 40 technicians and engineers specializing in instrumentation, industrial computing, and networking technologies. When Westinghouse shifted its focus, Kevin founded PICS to provide specialized industrial automation and control system solutions.
In the early 1990s, Matthew Kwiecinski partnered with Kevin on the first operational Marine Vapor Recovery System on the East Coast while working with Shell Oil Company. After the project, Matt joined PICS as a partner, bringing extensive experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and systems integration.
After more than 30 years helping lead the company's growth and technical direction, Matthew Kwiecinski assumed full ownership of PICS, continuing its tradition of innovation, reliability, and customer-focused service.
